He gives a motivating speech to the group of 1200 seats who flew to the symposium from places as far as australia, germany, canada, and people who drove there from as far away as new york. This meeting was about 911 truth and the Neo Con agenda. Scientists, physicists, ex-cia, ex-fbi, ex-military, and people of all walks of life showed up to discuss how to save America. ![]() | 1988 NFL Live Pregame Show Pt 3 Week 2 (c)1988 NBC Universal en.wikipedia.org (Link for more info) Due to the upcoming Seoul Summer Games airing on NBC (this being the first Olympics that NBC actually sent people to cover), NBC had to plug a lot of holes in their pre-game and broadcast teams (does anyone think this was rather late to start the Olympics?). For instance, NBC brought in Len Berman to fill-in for regular host Bob Costas, while Gayle Sierens and Paul Maguire (normally in booth) replaced Gayle Gardner and Ahmad Rashad, respectively. Berman interviews three replacements, Curt Gowdy, Ray Scott and Al derogatis. After the interview, Lindsey Nelson entered as a guest in the studio. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS (quoting from Wiki): 1. Gowdy replaced his successor at NBC, Dick Enberg, while derogatis (NBC commentator during 1960s and early 1970s) at least once filled in for Merlin Olsen 2. Marty Glickman (New York radio broadcaster) replaced protege Albert 3. Neither the Don Criqui/Bob Trumpy or Charlie Jones/Jimmy Cefalo teams worked during the Olympics. They were replaced by the teams of Merle Harmon (who just passed away, he was the last replacement that was still alive)/Paul Hornung, Chuck Thompson (Baltimore Colts)/Jerry Kramer or Sam Nover/Reggie Rucker 4. Thompson and former CBS play-by-play man Ray Scott filled for Tom Hammond. Sorry about length. |

![]() | Miami's final possession vs. Penn State, 1987 Fiesta Bowl This works well in a youtube window because real time was 10 minutes. The favored Hurricanes and Heisman Trophy winner Vinny Testaverde took over at their own 23 yard line with 3:07 remaining, trailing Penn State 14-10, in the national championship game in Tempe, Arizona. I hate to label this 1987 because it was the 1986 season, but the game took place on January 2, 1987. The NBC announcers are Charlie Jones on play by play, with Jimmy Cefalo and Bob Griese as analysts. |
